Be sure to brush every day. You should try to brush your teeth after every meal. If you cannot brush after each meal, try to brush twice a day. At least two to three minutes should be spent going over each tooth with your brush.
Your bad breath could be the symptom of gum disease. If brushing your tongue and using mouth wash is not enough to make your bad breath go away, you need to go to your dentist and have your gums inspected.
